Imali brings together her expertise as a Human Resource Development specialist, transformational coach, and storyteller to create spaces where lives are shifted and potential is unlocked. Her experience spans the Asia-Pacific and international development sectors, designing learning programs that nurture leadership, self-awareness, and career growth — especially for women and youth.
She has led e-learning teams for projects funded by UNDP, AusAid, and ChildFund, shaping digital learning strategies aligned with global development goals. As the Learning and Education Adviser at Agraganya, she pioneers the Diploma in Digital Automation and Sustainability, equipping learners with green skills critical for the low-carbon transition.
Certified in Professional Coaching Mastery (PCMC, Bangkok 2019) and recognized as an Ignite ICF Educator (2023), Imali merges coaching, education, and organizational expertise with creativity and storytelling.
